We are eagerly waiting for a Support Engineer with Forex background to join us and become part of one of our company's important departments.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with company clients through the ticketing system and LiveChat
• Helping clients with CRM settings
• Identifying and reporting system and functional issues and redirecting them to the appropriate team members
• Monitoring the process until the issue is resolved
• Resolving configuration-related issues and informing clients on how they can resolve these issues themselves

Requirements:

• Fluent English knowledge
• Able to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and oral
• Attention to detail, perseverance, ability to work with a large volume of information

Optional requirements that are considered as advantages:

• Knowledge of the Forex market
• Experience in an IT support role
• Experience in providing technical support to companies in the B2B segment
