As a Hotel General Manager, you will drive the hotel’s vision and mission, and oversee all operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team development, and alignment with the Group’s corporate strategy. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate and results-driven professional to lead one of the island’s most renowned properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel's operations with a focus on delivering luxury guest experiences
• Ensure financial performance aligns with the Group's strategic objectives
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, Health & Safety, and HACCP compliance
• Manage talent recruitment, training, and development while fostering a motivated, well-supported team
• Collaborate with the Head Office to enhance brand presence and manage partner relationships

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of Hotel Management experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proven expertise in leading successful hotel operations
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in Revenue Management
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholder
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, guiding team members to meet performance goals
• Proactive, with a strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU Citizen or EU Work Permit Holder)
