We are hiring for an Audit Supervisor. While working alongside with managers, partners and directors, you will be responsible for ensuring the auditing team’s work, is of high quality. In this role, you will also be called to lead and coach your team, as well as manage the relationships with your clients.

Job Description:

• Forecast and anticipate the clients’ needs
• Act with integrity in all dealings, keeping the company’s interests in mind
• Prioritize urgent tasks to best serve clients
• Always stand for and understand the company’s policies and procedures
• Take part in analysing, execution and finalization of the audit assignments by providing solutions and input or fixing areas of concern
• Offer a solution-based approach, customized to the client’s needs
• Identify the areas that need to be improved, in the client’s business processes and recommend changes
• Prepare and deliver Audit Findings Report to the clients

• Treat the colleagues with fairness and respect by giving the congratulations or the constructive feedback when needed
• Influence the processes or coach the junior members of staff by sharing your experience

• Be the connection and guiding hand between the firm and the clients, to ensure a smooth delivery of the Audit process

Job requirements:

• Mandatory to hold an ACA / ACCA qualification
• Auditing experience and solid knowledge of different accounting standards
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An enthusiastic approach for client service and reaching goals
