The Role:

We are seeking a warm and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon. In this pivotal role, you will ensure a smooth front-of-house operation, providing outstanding customer service to our clients while supporting our stylists and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and manage appointments with a friendly demeanor
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain an organized schedule for stylists and manage walk-in clients
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Keep the reception area tidy and inviting
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed and basic related admin tasks.
• Promote the hair salon services and products to enhance client experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using booking software and basic office equipment
• A passion for the beauty industry and a positive, friendly attitude
