The Client:

On behalf of our Client, a global expert in mining-related solutions, we are seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Sales Office Operator who is fluent in English, has exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first mindset for its offices in Limassol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring orders are scheduled, delivered, and invoiced accurately while maintaining up-to-date service logs.

• Track and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, liaising between them and various departments to ensure a seamless experience.

• Prepare, manage, and maintain necessary documentation, update customer records, and report important qualitative and quantitative information to management and team members.

• Promptly address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly.

• Stay informed on product details, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field such as logistics or finance.

• College or university degree.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is a plus.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM tools like Salesforce.

• A team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Demonstrates professionalism, a solid work ethic, self-motivation, and strong team spirit.

• Positive, proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving and a customer-centered approach

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
