The successful candidate will join our dynamic and growing team, taking on the overall responsibility for the management of assigned commercial offices and residential properties. To ensure tenant satisfaction, uphold high standards of customer service, and work to preserve and enhance the value and integrity of the properties.

Key responsibilities:

Business Center Management

  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Business Center, including managing serviced offices, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Manage client agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and client information.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.

Property Management

  • Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve any property maintenance issues.
  • Carry out regular property inspections to ensure they comply with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Facilitating property lease renewals and negotiate contract terms.
  • Prepare monthly maintenance reports and oversee compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties as required.

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional, friendly service and exceptional first impressions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing queries, and offering additional services as needed.
  • Build strong relationships to foster client satisfaction and retention.

Financial Management

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Schedule expenditures, monitor and negotiate costs.
  • Oversee rent collections and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Property Management / Real Estate / Business Administration/ Hospitality or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language: Greek and English.
