Position: boutique hotel manager

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Location Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced boutique hotel manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience to new heights. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of exceptional hospitality expertise, leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the unique charm of our boutique hotel.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of service, from reservations to check-out.
• Team Leadership: Lead, guide and motivate hotel staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, cleaning and food and beverage services, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Revenue Management: Implement strategies to maximize room occupancy, explore partnership opportunities and improve overall revenue generation.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, design and ambiance, while ensuring the hotel's aesthetic appeal matches its boutique identity.
• Event coordination: coordination and supervision of events hosted at the hotel, including weddings, conferences and other special events.

Skills:

• Proven experience in hotel management, focusing on boutique or luxury properties.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field. (advantage)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Experience in revenue management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for providing unique guest experiences.
• High proficiency in English; any additional language skills are an asset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, client management tools, and sales tracking software (advantage).
