Responsibilities:

- Assist the Affiliate Manager in developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain affiliate partners.
- Communicate with partners, coordinate promotional materials, and ensure their accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns: collect, process, and interpret data to measure results.
- Help prepare reports for management and affiliate partners.
- Work with CRM systems and other tools to manage affiliate programs.
- Maintain high-quality communication with partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

- Excellent command of the English language (at least Upper-Intermediate level), knowledge of Russian will be advantage.
- Residing in Cyprus and willing to work from the office.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
