The Role:

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the implementation of complex, data-driven software projects for our Company and ensure they achieve their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Set in close cooperation with the key stakeholders and Head of Development the targets & KPIs of the department in line with the Corporate Targets

• Develop and plans specific actions on how to achieve the targets and KPIs decided on

• Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size

• Anticipate potential issues, develop contingency plans, and resolve conflicts effectively

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and productivity

• Collaborate with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to manage the expectations of stakeholders by making sure the backlog is well defined, estimated, and prioritised

• Constantly review team metrics for a fast and efficient delivery

• Sets personal targets for team members and monitors performance

• Provide regular feedback to team members and works with them on how to act upon it

• Recognise development needs, coaches, and develops team members as necessary

• Encourages team members to express ideas on improving individual and team performance

• Share knowledge and experience with team members and encourages them to do the same

• Make conscious efforts to keep team members motivated

• Utilise project management methodologies and relevant tools to accomplish all the above

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management roles

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position

• Experience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methods

• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Agile, etc.)

• Strong organisational and critical thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills that can handle any issues that occur during a project’s life cycle

• Strong understanding of the full software development cycle

• A hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach that strives for excellence

• Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and management

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressure

• The ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experience

The following will be considered an advantage:

• PMP/Prince II and Agile/Scrum certifications

• Programming or professional technical experience

• FX, Cryptocurrency, Fintech, and the Brokerage Industry
