Fast growing Real estate market place- ANISAD
is looking for an active and goal-oriented business developer to develop our business and attract new clients!
Responsibilities:
- Search for and attract new clients and partners;
- Negotiations, contracts and transaction support;
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the client base;
- Market analysis, competitor research and identifying new opportunities for business growth;
- Preparing and conducting company presentations for potential clients;
- Interaction with various departments of the company to achieve business goals;
- Reporting on work results, analysis of efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development from 2 years;
- Ability to negotiate at a high level and conclude profitable deals;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions;
- Initiative, independence and focus on results;
- Knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of Greek will be an advantage.

Conditions:
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00;
- Office work with the possibility of periodic meetings with clients;
