Our client, a leading provider of international business services in Cyprus, is looking for a Secretary to join their team in Limassol. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in corporate services, accounting, and client relationship management to work with a dynamic and growing organization.
Duties Include:
Answering and transferring phone calls.
Warmly greeting visitors upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting area promptly and efficiently.
Managing petty cash.
Overseeing office supply management.
Coordinating courier services and liaising with external collaborators.
Collaborating with regulatory authorities, the Registrar of Companies, and certifying officers.
Performing other duties as requested.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a similar organization (accounting, law, or corporate services).
A diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration is a plus.
Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written). Any additional language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 13:00 & 13:45 – 17:30
Friday: 09:30 – 14:00
