CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading adult entertainment social media web application with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Customer Support Agent to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Junior Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience. Our client is seeking applicants who are proficient in using computers and customer support software, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any previous experience working in customer support will be considered an advantage, although full training will be provided, and Recent Graduates are therefore encouraged to apply. Rotational shift-patterns apply for this position, with the option to work from home to complete night shifts on offer. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with account management, including subscriptions and billing questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior agents as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the support system.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and any additional education in a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Any previous customer service experience will be considered a plus, although full training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer support software, knowledge of Freshdesk is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability and willingness to work on rotational shift-patterns.
