We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager/Receptionist. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our workplace. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who excels at multitasking, communication, and problem solving. As the central point of contact for office management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration and manage internal and external communication at the reception.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, messenger services and courier shipments.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and manage an organized filing system for suppliers, employees’ and other key records.
  • Support the Finance team with onboarding new employees
  • Arrange meetings, manage conference room bookings, and send calendar invitations.
  • Assist with organizing company events and activities.
  • Administer and maintain the annual leave tracking software.
  • Provide support to senior management on various ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses effectively
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
