Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the distribution and marketing of renowned international brands in Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Junior Brand Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in Nicosia, Cyprus. (internships or entry-level roles are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market share.

• Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive dynamics.

• Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and overall vision.

• Manage and track brand-related budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
