This role is designed for someone passionate about customer satisfaction and business growth with a strong focus on understanding client needs and fostering seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Customer Experience Director to coordinate, lead, and implement communication strategies that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and assess client communication needs, ensuring that all projects align with set objectives.
• Coordinate campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring that timelines and budgets are consistently met
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Propose practical solutions to continuously improve customer experience
• Represent the customer perspective in business decisions, driving customer-focused initiatives
• Develop and present presentation, proposals and reports to both clients and internal teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new approaches into experience strategies
• Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and invoice management

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or a related field will be considered an advantage)
• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles such as customer service, account management or client support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture
