Columbia Shipmanagement is seeking to recruit a Technical Officer in Limassol, Cyprus.

The Technical Officer is responsible for:

• Following up on various tasks and projects as assigned by the Technical Department Management such as:

  • Purchasing;

  • Handling the Lub Supplies;

  • Assisting the Department Managers with special requests and/or requirements;

• Being adequately conversant with the Company’s Management System;

• Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;

• Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;

• Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement;

The Technical Officer shall fulfil the following qualifications:

• A university degree and/or at least two (2) years relevant work experience;

• Good leadership, controlling and communication skills as well the ability to work within a team;

• Good command of the English language;
