The position: As a Blockchain Assistant Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by offering

tailored insights, strategic advice, and actionable solutions in the blockchain and crypto space. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic Advisory

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify how blockchain technology can create value.
• Assist in the design and execution of blockchain adoption strategies, including evaluating opportunities for tokenization, decentralized solutions, and process optimization.
• Guide clients through compliance requirements for licensing Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).

• Audit and Compliance

• Conduct audits of crypto assets, focusing on security, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Lead efforts in proof of reserves assessments, ensuring transparency and accuracy in asset reporting.
• Provide insights into global and regional regulatory developments impacting blockchain and crypto markets.

• Licensing and Risk Management

• Support clients in securing licensing by preparing documentation and navigating regulatory landscapes.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with blockchain implementation, token launches, and crypto-asset operations

• Collaboration and Innovation

• Partner with developers, compliance experts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end blockchain solutions.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, such as developing frameworks for proof of reserves audits or expanding advisory services into emerging blockchain sectors.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to establish thought leadership.

• Education and Advocacy

• Create educational content, including whitepapers, blogs, and webinars, to demystify blockchain technologies for clients and stakeholders.
• Advocate for ethical and responsible blockchain adoption practices, balancing innovation with compliance.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• A strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Experience with crypto asset ecosystems.
• Analytical skills to interpret market trends, on-chain data, and emerging opportunities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and trends in the field.
• Understanding the legal and financial implications of blockchain.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and documentation (Greek and English languages)
• Prior experience in blockchain projects, fintech, or consulting (preferred).
