The client part of a group of companies, have been established for over 20 years, with offices in multiple locations around Europe. The successful candidate must be comfortable with both Russian and English languages and will be responsible for the administration of the office. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Support in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organizing company events
  • Interview candidates
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Ordering food / stationery / furniture etc.
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean.

Requirements

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Fluent in both Russian and English languages, speaking and writing
