THE COMPANY
On behalf of our client, a leading regulated and licensed Broker operating in the financial market, we seek to recruit an enthusiastic and high calibre professional for the position of Head of Human Resources, to be based in Limassol.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will directly report to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations and initiatives across multiple locations according to the needs and priorities of the Company.
More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following amongst others:

Design, implement and maintain HR procedures, policies and practices in support of the Company’s business goals and in compliance with legal regulations and best practices

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the Company attracts, hires, and retains top talent

Review offer letters and employment contracts in accordance with the relevant local legislation

Organize and coordinate the induction / onboarding process for new employees to ensure a positive initiation of employment

Assess and identify employee developmental needs, plan, organise and implement training and development initiatives, and assess their effectiveness

Facilitate the employee performance management process, ensure its successful implementation and provide guidance and support when needed

Ensure that all employee data are updated and recorded in an effective and consistent manner while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards

Plan, organise, and execute company events (i.e. career fairs, corporate meetings, staff parties, employee engagement activities, etc.)

Handle management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Oversee and direct payroll related information to the appropriate department

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, associates and authorities

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth

Manage HR Department resources effectively, including budget, tools, and technology

Keep abreast with any new developments related to human resources such as trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies
REQUIREMENTS

University Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or any other related field

At least seven (7) years of related professional experience with two (2) years in a leadership role preferably within an international organisation operating in the financial industry

Proven experience in international recruitment preferably in a managerial position

Good knowledge of the existing legislation and best practices related to his/her duties

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships
-
Strong communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
-
Organisational skills and ability to take initiatives
-
Analytical thinking skills, results-orientation and attention to detail
-
Strong time management and multitasking skills
-
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
-
Excellent computer literacy
REMUNERATION
