Insurance Claims Officer

Job Overview:-

We are seeking an organized and proactive Insurance claims officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities and handling of insurance claims, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of process from time of notification to settlement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Answer queries, liaise with service providers, clients and insurers
  • Monitor and oversee the claims process for a timely and efficient handling.
  • Maintain records and prepare claim monthly reports

Requirements:-

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of MSOffice, with emphasis to Excel
  • A higher degree or professional examinations will be considered as extra skill.
