The 5* Venus Beach Hotel in Pafos is seeking to recruit a Reservations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle reservations, billing and payment processing with precision
• Answer emails, phone calls & enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Collaborates with the housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard
• Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure guest satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position is a must
• Excellent knowledge of the THEOVA system
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
