Columbia Group is looking for an ERP System Analyst to join our Business Applications team, where he will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customisation, maintenance, and support of the system for group companies from various businesses. The system is a new software implementation that provides applicants with excellent prospects.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Limassol, suitable for motivated people who enjoy working in a challenging environment and have a passion for technology and its ability to transform business.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business team to understand their business processes and goals, collecting requirements.
• Participate in the implementation process for new entities to be onboarded, including data migration, system setup, ensuring a smooth transition to ERP system.
• Desgin and implement customizations, extensions, workflows and integrations with other systems, to enhance the functionality of the ERP System and address specific business needs.
• Provide training sessions to end-users on how to use ERP System efficiently. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration with the ERP system vendor support team reporting and monitoring issues.
• Plan and perform system upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals, process guides, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency in the use of ERP system.
• Stay informed about updates, new features, and best practices related to the ERP system, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve implementations and support services.
• Manage the business context of interfaces between applications and assist the support teams with insight and optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending ERP or Banking/Payment or Accounting systems to meet business needs.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively gather requirements and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Ability to conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate issues, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve expertise in an ERP system.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of management.

Skills that will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience working with an ERP system in a consulting or implementation capability.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operation.
• Experience in Azure architecture and application tools (i.e. Power Automate).
• Experience in a BI tool (e.g. MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Knowledge of Project management principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of programming.
