The Island Private School of Limassol is a polysystemic educational hub that offers 3 programmes (International Baccalaureate, Waldorf & Montessori) under one roof. We follow a holistic approach, offering a full-day learning environment (08:00-18:00) for international students of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Starting from Pre-Primary, the educational journey at our school supports students on their learning path, tailoring education to individual needs, aspirations and connecting it to real-life experiences and up-to-date practices.
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Admissions Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a proven ability to manage the end-to-end admissions process efficiently. They possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, enabling them to evaluate student applications, identify talent, and handle scholarship decisions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full admissions cycle for prospective students, including:
- Reviewing applications and documents submitted by parents.
- Analysis of applications and initial decision-making in the first stage of selection.
- Organising and administering entrance tests and preparing results for the academic team.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with students and families.
- Communicating effectively with parents throughout the admissions process, providing guidance and updates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date students data on the CRM.
- Working with external agencies to handle documents for students moving to our boarding school in Cyprus.
- Overseeing the arrival and integration of new parents and pupils, providing necessary information prior to joining.
- Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to effectively market the school.
- Engaging in marketing activities to promote the school to prospective students and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience in selecting students, including identifying talent and handling scholarship applications.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Great communication skills.
- Team player.
- Russian and English languages (B2-C1).
Recruitment process:
- Panel interview with the Employee Success Manager and Line Manager(30 minutes).
- Second interview with the Head of School and CEO (30 minutes).
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
