We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Head of Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Lead and shape the global recruitment strategy.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate with leadership team for determining staffing needs.
• Design and implements employer branding strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from workforce planning and employer branding to the recruitment and onboarding of top talent, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Leverages data analytics to measure and optimise recruitment performance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with strategic partners (external recruitment agencies, job platforms, universities, professional associations, industry networks etc) to develop a robust talent pipeline.

What You Bring:

• BA/BSc in HR Management or Business Administration or any other related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 4 of them in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies at a global level.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Expertise in recruitment metrics, workforce planning and talent forecasting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Applications.
