For our new venture specializing in skills development, career advancement, and recruitment services, we are seeking a Director of HR & Recruitment to lead and drive the company’s growth and impact. Our mission is to empower individuals with the tools and opportunities to succeed in their careers while connecting employers with talent. As we launch this exciting venture, we are seeking an experienced HR specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of the venture which is focused on matching employers with skilled professionals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating skills development, career services, and recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries to understand and fulfil their hiring needs.
• Design training programs that align with market demands and employer requirements.
• Guide individuals through career progression pathways
• Build a robust network of corporate and institutional partners to drive growth and opportunities.
• Secure contracts with businesses to provide recruitment and workforce development solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in recruitment, HR services, or skills and career development.
• Certified Instructor by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA)
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and labour market dynamics.
• Strong network within the recruitment, education, or corporate sectors.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field
