Avlida Hotel is looking to hire Reservations Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online channels
• Ensuring completeness and correctness of reservation records.
• Assist guests with inquiries & requests.
• Confirm reservations with guests via email or phone, providing confirmation details they need to know.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments

Requirements and skills

• 1 to 3 years demonstrated experience in working as a hotel Reservation agent
• High computer literacy
• Excellent knowledge THEOVA
• Excellent knowledge of Greek language, at least very good use of English language.
• Problem-Solving Skills
