Position: Lawyer (Specialization in Immigration , Corporate Law and Litigation)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer with a specialization in immigration law and Corporate Law and Litigation to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of legal areas, including corporate, contract, and immigration law, providing a comprehensive legal service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various matters, including immigration, corporate, and contract law.
• Handle immigration-related cases, including visa applications, residency permits, citizenship applications, and compliance with immigration requirements for corporate clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including updates on immigration policies and laws.
• Assist clients in preparing for interviews with immigration authorities and represent them during hearings and appeals.
• Prepare documents such as questionnaires, applications, forms, letters, powers of attorney, internal policies, and corporate registers.
• Handle KYC-related matters, including checks with banks and payment service providers.
• Open accounts with banks and payment service providers and liaise with local agents for company registrations and maintenance.
• Administer company liquidations and obtain permits and licenses for companies and employees.
• Prepare and submit legal actions and represent clients in court for corporate, family law, and immigration cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university.
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in immigration law and/or a relevant legal field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek and/or Russian language skills are a strong advantage).
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
