Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant responsible for ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse by receiving, handling, and storing goods, as well as preparing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive items from suppliers, visually inspect them for quality non-conformities, and store appropriately.

• Process lab orders and prepare items needed for assembly.

• Prepare items for export.

• Keep the warehouse safe, clean and operational.

• Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct inventory checks.

• Complete monthly stock counts and report discrepancies.

• Update the Business Central system and optimize processes with the Supply Chain Manager.

• Notify staff of potential stock delays and communicate warehouse issues affecting workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse software is a plus.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
