Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Activation Manager to lead our clients' brand activation strategies across both online and offline channels within the PRRPs and Combustibles ecosystem in Cyprus. The successful candidate will drive growth, innovation, and consumer-centric activations, leading a high-performing team to execute impactful campaigns.
- Manage brand activations from start to finish, using consumer insights and modern marketing tools to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Align global marketing strategies with local consumer needs while ensuring compliance with local laws, focusing on responsible promotion for adult smokers and alternatives to tobacco/nicotine users.
- Oversee digital activities, including social media and CRM, to drive consumer engagement from awareness to lead generation and retention.
- Manage offline activities in retail and HoReCa, collaborating with agency partners to meet sales targets and link offline efforts with online strategies.
- Lead sponsorship initiatives, selecting partners, executing campaigns, and maximizing sponsorship benefits to boost brand visibility.
- Apply best practices to improve brand management effectiveness across all channels.
- Ensure all marketing activities follow legal, corporate, and industry guidelines.
- Work with team members to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives through effective communications.
- Plan, manage, and track campaigns, budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring alignment with goals and fostering a positive work environment.
- Regularly visit the market to track consumer behavior and competitive trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG brand activation, marketing, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP and invoicing processes (PRs/POs).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape in Cyprus.
- Strong budget management and campaign planning skills.
- Fluency in both English and Greek.
