Fameline Management & Services is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the flawless performance of our cutting-edge digital platforms, supporting the maritime sector's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily testing of digital platforms in a controlled test environment to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and areas for improvement to the development team.
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform regression testing and monitor fixes to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with quality assurance best practices, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role, preferably within the technology or digital sector.
- Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
