We invite applications from enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join the Advisory department of our Nicosia office as ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) Senior Associate.

Career Opportunity

• Conducting market research to understand key ESG trends in business, develop strategic view on ESG development and contribute to ESG thought leadership

• Supporting clients in setting and operationalizing their ESG strategies, defining KPIs and frameworks for measuring and monitoring their impacts on the environment, society and economy

• Supporting business developments to further expand our ESG-related services

• Conduct ESG materiality assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects

• Support the ESG reporting for large and listed companies

• Conducting ESG readiness assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects

• Prepare and report on ESG matters to the Sustainability Committee, Senior Management, and Boards.

• Develop and deliver training materials to increase internal capacity around ESG governance and controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, or related field

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of professional experience in ESG consulting or a related field

• Experience of carbon accounting and carbon management will be considered as an advantage

• In-depth understanding of global trends, agendas, ESG frameworks, standards, and regulatory environments

• Experience with global sustainability standards including GRI and SASB

• Experience with SFRD and EU Taxonomy will be considered as an advantage

• Sharp analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills

• Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent project management skills

• Positive, mature, and professional attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
