At Infocredit Group, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and creative full-time Assistant Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Events Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate company events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site activities.
- Partnership Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded campaigns and events.
- Email Marketing:
- Create, deploy, and monitor email campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Segment and manage email lists for targeted communications.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
