Position: HR Technology Consultant | Enterprise Technology & Performance – Nicosia, Cyprus
Our Enterprise Technology & Performance team is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high-calibre professional to join us as HR Technology Consultant, at the levels of Assistant Advisor to Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia Office.

In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

Working closely with clients to understand their needs related to the HR function and gather requirements.

Assist in designing the HR processes, workflows, organizational structures and other HR-related processes (Recruitment, Surveys, Feedback schemes, etc).

Help test HR end-to-end scenarios, to ensure they work well for our clients and make improvements based on their feedback.

Assist with transferring data from old HR systems to new ones, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Help create training materials and teach clients how to use the new HR systems effectively.

Ongoing Support: Be there for clients after implementation, solving any issues and helping them maximize their systems' potential.

Work with project managers to keep projects on track and contribute to team meetings.

Take the opportunity to learn more about cutting-edge technology.

Advising our clients in how to drive changes in user behaviour to deliver maximum benefit from the new technologies.

Working the delivery of client projects by supporting client relationships and developing high quality deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally

Understanding of HR processes and how these are translated into an HR software system

Prior experience in HR Technology Consulting role

Certifications in HR Technology Software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc)
