Office Administrator
Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking to enhance its team with an Office Administrator.


Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and paralegals
• Printing, scanning, organizing, copying and filing documents
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Assisting with any other tasks when necessary

Position’s Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any other related field will be considered an advantage
• At least 2 years of prior experience in office administration
• Fluent in Greek and English languages both oral and written
• Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Team-player and able to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail
• Friendly and polite personality
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Employer’s Details
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30, Friday 8:00 – 14:30
Salary: up to €1200-1500 gross*13 (depending on experience and qualifications)
