Your key Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and projects, ensuring their needs are clearly understood, effectively addressed, and their expectations exceeded.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, reports, and deliverables that meet project requirements and maintain high quality standards.
- Oversee client engagements from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior staff, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performance work culture.
- Produce in-depth analysis and actionable insights to support the successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain accountability for project timelines, ensuring adherence to firm policies and quality standards.
- Assist in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, presentations, and client relationship management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues across the firm.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to financial advisory.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes for Success
- A professional certification such as CFA, ACA, or ACCA (qualification required).
- 6–10 years of experience in financial advisory or a similar field.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Financial due diligence, databook preparation, and trend/risk analysis.
- Equity valuation methodologies and tools.
- CYSEC regulatory and compliance requirements for CIFs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience in preparing presentations and reports.
- Confidence and adaptability in client-facing roles, demonstrating effective problem-solving abilities.
- A solid understanding of financial statements and a high level of numerical and financial acumen.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, taking ownership of workload and achieving optimal outcomes.
