We are looking to recruit a Barman/Barwoman to join our team in Atlantis Gardens villas & Apartments in Mazotos.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing alcohol/non-alcohol beverages for the Bar and the restaurant

• Attend to the details and presentation of each order
• Taking customer orders and delivering beverages
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff
• Coordinate daily supply inventory and supply of the bar
• Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

• Adheres to proper alcohol handing, sanitation and health and safety procedures and regulations

• Have a polite and friendly attitude

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational skills
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Relevant training certificate
