Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries.

  • Prepare and draft reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

  • Collaborate with local and international teams.

  • Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure focus on key business priorities.

  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.

  • Support project management by coordinating with partners, tracking progress, and assisting with execution.

  • Offer ad hoc support and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

  • Organize corporate functions, meetings, and social events.

  • Handle confidential information securely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • Proven experience in an executive or administrative role.

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to explore and implement tools to optimize work (special expertise not required).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

  • Discreet with confidential information.

  • Flexible and adaptable.

  • Professional and able to build relationships at all levels.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

  • Fluent in Greek and English.
