Casualty Administrator

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency of Greek and English language.
• Knowledge of SAP system will be considered an advantage.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office programs, online email, calendar and/or other Windows based software.
• Previous hospital experience will also be considered an advantage.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy and reliable person.
• Accounting background and/or accounting certification such as LCCI will be considered as advantage.

Duties will include:

• Work on rotational shifts.
• Direct visitors and personnel to different locations.
• Administer patients’ paperwork, medical reports and letters and ensure availability of treatment information.
• Record and collect patient charges; issuing of receipts using SAP system; controlling credit extended to patients; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
• Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
