Operations Manager Opportunity at Kalamon Homes

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a growing company? Kalamon Homes, a real estate development company based in Larnaca, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations, lead projects, and support the Directors in driving efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and timely project execution.

• Coordinate and monitor real estate development projects, ensuring high standards and deadlines are met.

• Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and propose actionable improvements.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet company objectives.

• Occasionally assist with ad hoc projects within affiliated businesses, including hotel and F&B operations, as well as activities abroad.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite. Candidates without advanced Excel skills will not be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.

• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and CRMs (experience with Qobrix is a plus).
