THE COMPANY

On behalf of our client, a reputable regulated and licensed Broker operating in the financial market, we seek to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Chief Marketing Officer, to be based in Limassol.

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

More specifically, the successful candidate will be expected amongst other, to:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, objectives, and initiatives that are in alignment with the Company's mission and overall objectives
• Oversee and manage the allocation of marketing budget ensuring resources are effectively allocated to maximize ROI
• Lead and manage the marketing team, provide guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and professional development
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the forex industry
• Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Product teams to develop effective marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product positioning strategies
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage resources and maximize marketing reach
• Build and maintain a strong brand presence through brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation and visibility
• Collaborate with the IT department to leverage technology and data analytics for marketing automation, lead generation, and customer segmentation
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure relevance in marketing strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or in a related field
• Master’s Degree in Marketing or an MBA will be considered an advantage
• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or Senior Marketing Executive within the Forex or gambling industry
• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and business orientation
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Creative and analytical thinker with an eye for detail
• Proven expertise in all marketing practices, including, digital marketing techniques, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies
• Excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills
• Results-driven, confident, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• Excellent knowledge of English language both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms

REMUNERATION
