As a Client Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for processing the clients' Deposits and Withdrawals as well as identify and escalate any potential suspicious or fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities

• Check and process clients Deposits and Withdrawals as per the internal manuals of the department

• Ensure that Deposits, Withdrawals, and transactions are organized in the order of priority and/or by the time they're received, and process them within the shortest possible time

• Respond to clients’ inquiries through our ticketing system

• Inform the clients when additional information/documentation is required for processing a pending request or transaction

• Identify potential unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions and refer these to the supervisor, Head of Client Accounting, or the Compliance department, if necessary

• Update the client accounting operation manuals as necessary with any changes to procedures

• Communicate and follow up with other departments for technical issues

• Communicate with PSPs for inquiries and information

Requirements

• University Degree

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Forex industry

• Excellent command of the English language

• Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams

• Attention to detail and problem solving

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
