Junior Commercial Data Analyst

Our client, a well- established group operating in the retail industry, is looking to employ a dynamic and energetic individual for the role of Junior Commercial Data Analyst to join their team in Limassol.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Collecting data from computerized system (SAP) and creating standard reports for all the departments (Commercial, Trade Marketing & Marketing Departments) such as:
1. Sales reports
2. Reports concerning the penetration & distribution of our brands in the market
3. Other reports
• Preparing all monthly sales reports and other reports requested by the principals. Data collection for Sales Analysis, Profitability Analysis.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports for the Commercial Manager (incl. Discount Reports) & for the General Manager.
• Collecting and analyzing data from research findings, i.e. Retail Audits, etc. Preparation of summary reports, identifying and highlighting opportunities and/or weak areas, etc.
• Collecting and analyzing data from other resources, i.e. Government Statistical Service, CTO, other government & non-government bodies, etc. Identification of important market segments & sizes, preparation of summary reports, identifying and highlighting opportunities and/or weak areas (in conjunction with the Marketing Executive).
• Measurement & Evaluation of commercial activities/campaigns according to targets set by the Commercial Manager and the Sales Managers.
• Helping the Commercial Manager to prepare all data needed for meetings, i.e. internal, with principals, etc.
• Maintain and develop various tables and visualizations for stakeholder findings
• Collaboration with different departments to develop and optimize their daily work
• Other responsibilities appointed by the Commercial Manager.

Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or any other related field
• Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluency in Greek and English languages
• Competent user of Microsoft Office, proficient at Excel
• Knowledge of QlickView, SAP B1 will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and logical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Being able to take initiatives and work productively
