TRQtech is looking to expand its team and is searching for a Back Office and Support Officer that will seamlessly fit into our international, dynamic, and friendly team.

As a Back Office and Support Officer your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high quality support to existing clients;

  • Communicating with suppliers on a daily basis;

  • Creating statistical reports upon demand;

  • Onboarding new clients of the company and ensuring all company records are kept up to date;

  • Any additional requests assigned by management;

Working Schedule:

  • Full time;

  • Monday – Friday;

  • OFF on all Public Holidays!

  • Flexible working arrangement, where hours can be agreed upon;

  • Hybrid working model

Job requirements:

  • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write) – Additional languages will be an advantage!

  • Flexible to work both morning and afternoon shifts;

  • Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively;

  • Team worker with great interpersonal communication skills;

  • Looking to learn and grow with the company;

No previous experience is required. We are willing to invest our time to teach and train the most appropriate candidate to fit our team!
