Atlantica Callisto Hotel is seeking for skilled and passionate cooks and breakfast responsible cooks to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and working collaboratively with other kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

• Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

• Handle and store food properly to minimize waste

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role

• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety standards

• Quality of food and smooth operation of kitchen functions and procedures maintaining excellent Health and Safety according to HACCP and company's standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Culinary certification or degree is a plus, but not required
