Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated butcher to join our team at Atlantica Callisto Hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat cutting and preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cut meat according to customer specifications.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of meat to maintain quality and safety.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety regulations.

• Operate meat processing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.

• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to during work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.

• Quality of food and smooth operation of kitchen functions and procedures maintaining excellent Health and Safety according to HACCP and company's standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
