Job Description:
Atlantica Callisto Hotel is looking for friendly and professional Bartenders and waiters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in bartending and waitering and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender/waiter, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar or restaurant area, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Provide excellent customer service

• Manage the bar or restaurant area, ensuring cleanliness and organization

• Assist in inventory control and stock management

• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• Ensure customers are satisfied and handle complaints if necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or Waiter

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Knowledge of drink/ coffee preparation, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
