Kalamon Homes, a real estate development company in Larnaca, is seeking a Construction & Costing Manager to oversee project execution, budgeting, and cost control for its residential and commercial developments. This role requires a certified Civil Engineer, Architect, or Quantity Surveyor with strong project management skills and at least 5 years of experience in construction, real estate development, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from the design phase to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Prepare and manage cost estimations, budgets, and financial reports for real estate developments.

• Handle procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, tender reviews, and contract management.

• Analyze and review architectural, structural, and MEP plans for accuracy, feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, permits, and zoning laws.

• Prepare progress reports and present cost control measures to management.

• Work closely with the finance team to optimize project cash flow and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Certified Civil Engineer, Architect, or Quantity Surveyor with a recognized degree in a relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, real estate development, or cost estimation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing plans and technical drawings.

• Strong Excel skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with project management tools.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to work in an office-based role with regular site visits.
