Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for their players, assisting them with inquiries, technical issues, and account-related questions. You will ensure a seamless gaming experience by providing professional and efficient support via live chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer support via live chat, email, and phone.

  • Assist players with account issues, deposits, withdrawals, and general inquiries.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to gameplay, website functionality, and payment processing.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

  • Monitor and report suspicious activity to ensure compliance with security policies.

  • Educate players about promotions, bonuses, and responsible gaming practices.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or online casino industry.

  • Fluent in English + any additional required language (both written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with online casino platforms, payment methods, and responsible gaming policies.

  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and live chat tools.

  • Knowledge of online gaming regulations and AML/KYC procedures.

  • Additional language skills are a plus.
