Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival at the restaurant
• Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Handle phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations
• Keep the front-of-house area neat and organized
• Coordinate with staff and kitchen for smooth operations
• Address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction professionally

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Well-groomed appearance with a positive, energetic attitude
• Capable of managing reservations and seating plans
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Good English proficiency for guest interactions
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
