A company under Columbia Group is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

-Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

-Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.

-Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling vendor statements.

-Assist in closing the books by helping with reconciliations of general ledger accounts and preparing reports.

-Prepare basic financial reports (income statements, balance sheets) under supervision.

-Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning as required by management.

-Support the accounting department with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

-1-2 years of accounting experience.

-Fluent in English writing and spoken.

-Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-Good organizational and time management skills.
